Talks begin to find cemetery as town's churchyard fills up

Talks are being held to try to find a site for a cemetery.
St Mary's churchyard, in Lutterworth – the town's only cemetery – is running out of space.
Church authorities and the town council said space would run out in two years.
Ten years ago, a plan to create a burial ground at Leader's Farm, off Coventry Road, failed.
Churchwarden Tony Hirons said: "There is very little land left. We have two sections available but one of them cannot be used because there are underground springs.
"We estimate we have room for another two years."
Mr Hirons, who is also a town councillor, said: "The new burial ground would have to be easily accessible."
District and town councillor Geraldine Robinson said: "This is an urgent problem which has grown more critical as time has passed."
Lutterworth Town Council set aside 100,000 to buy part of the Leader's Farm site from County Hall.
But the county council wanted more than Lutterworth Town Council was prepared to pay.
Councillor Robinson said: "The land is still unused and we still have some of that 100,000 left.
However, I believe we may have to have help to buy the land we need."
